The pizza oven has controls with independent mechanical thermostats for ceiling and bedplate, high-density rock wool insulation, refractory stone baking surface, pyrometer and internal lighting. This oven is also ideal for cooking a variety of other foods such as ciabatta, naan and garlic bread, even lasagne, jacket potatoes, pies and pastries.
